Our aim is to promote body positivity and help Asians who are suffering from eating disorders through the profit we earn. Approximately 92% of women are unhappy with their bodies and are consider dieting to achieve their ideal body shape. In Japan, only 5% of the women are satisfied with the way they look. According to a new report, 89% of women are quitting their jobs and other important engagement simply due to the way the look. Unfortunately, only a few is aware that only 5% of women naturally owns the body type often portrayed by the media. As a result, more than 40% of women and about 20% of men said they would consider cosmetic surgery in the future. Today, four times of people suffer from eating disorder in Asia comparing to the amount of them twenty years ago, but only 10% of people suffering from an disorder will seek professional help. For every purchase you make, we contribute to Thick Dumpling Skin, an organization that provides a platform for Asian descendants to talk about their experience in suffering from eating disorder and seeking professional therapy. In meanwhile, we are reaching out our connections in China, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea thriving to form local organizations to help more people in need.
